About This Role
We're looking for a Technical Writer to make our products, APIs, and courses easy to understand. You'll work with engineers and trainers to produce clear documentation, tutorials, and articles that help developers and customers succeed.

What You'll Do
- Write and maintain product documentation, API references, and integration guides
- Create step-by-step tutorials, how-to guides, and troubleshooting articles
- Interview engineers and subject-matter experts to turn complex topics into clear content
- Edit and improve technical blog posts and course materials for accuracy and readability
- Set up documentation standards, templates, and a consistent style guide
- Keep documentation in sync with product releases, using a docs-as-code workflow
- Use feedback and analytics to find and fill documentation gaps

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing, developer documentation, or a similar role
- Excellent written English, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply
- Comfortable reading code (JavaScript, Go, or Python) and running examples yourself
- Experience documenting REST APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger)
- Familiarity with Markdown, Git, and static documentation sites
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Written Thai for localized content
- Background in software development or IT
- Experience with diagramming tools and screen recording
- A portfolio of published documentation or technical articles
